Following are the Terms and Conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Grazing Boxes

48 Hours noticed needed for bookings. FREE delivery with 10kms of Tamworth otherwise fees apply.

Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Due to the current lockdowns we are posting your orders on Monday and Thursdays ONLY. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. You can check the progress of your delivery via the shipping confirmation email you'll receive once your order has been shipped.

Shipping and Delivery Times

We ship Australia Wide. We do not ship internationally. In most instances, deliveries to major cities and metropolitan areas normally take between 3-6 business days. Depending on remoteness, delivery times may take longer than the approximate times so please take this into account when placing your order. Due to the current Covid-19 Pandemic there are possible Australia Post delivery delays that are out of our hands, please be mindful of this when placing an order. 

Late Deliveries

Refunds will not be given for deliveries outside of approximate delivery times. Gift and Graze Company will not be held liable for any late delivery outside of our approximate delivery times. Please note that although we endeavour to despatch orders promptly, if delays do occur, it is more often during transit which is outside of our control and we will not be held liable. 

Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic Australia Post may experience some delivery delays. This is due to a high increase of online ordering, border restrictions, Australia Post Workers having to practice social distancing in processing facilities and less flights. Please be mindful when placing your order that some delays may occur which are out of our hands. We aim to ship parcels off very quickly to avoid further delays and provide you with a tracking number so you can check with Australia Post on your parcels progress.

Gift & Graze Company will not be held liable for missing/lost parcels, however please feel free to contact us so we can help with the process. 

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Fees 

The Gift And Graze Company Australia currently offers a Flat Rate Shipping fee of $22 on all orders Australia wide. Unfortunately we cannot split shipping.

 

If you live in Tamworth within a 10km of The CBD radius we offer Free Local Delivery. 10-30Kms of Tamworth has a $10 fee. Outside of $30 - Free click & collect or postage at $22.

Please note: the email you provide us at checkout may be used to contact you regarding delivery. If we have made several attempts with no response we then may contact you by the phone number you have provided.

If you would like same day delivery within Tamworth on a last minute gift, or have a specific day you need something delivered within a 15km radius, then before placing your order get in touch with us either by email or phone and we'll see what we can do for you (pending if we have the stock and are available). 

Shipment Restrictions

Gift & Graze Company do not ship to PO Boxes or international addresses. We only ship within Australia.

Delivery Details

It is extremely important that we are provided with accurate delivery addresses. Delays are very likely to occur if an incorrect address is provided. Couriers may also charge additional fees if the nominated address is changed after they have already collected the parcel. Any orders returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient delivery address, inability to access a property, failure to contact a courier after a delivery attempt or failure to collect from an Australia Post outlet, will incur for you a re-shipping and re-delivery charge at the standard shipping rate that Australia Post/Courier charges.  Gift and Graze Company Australia will of course replace or refund gift bundles incorrectly addressed by us, however, we accept no responsibility for deliveries made where incorrect addresses are supplied and deliveries are subsequently made.

Please note that the email you provide us at checkout will be the one our system sends your Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation emails to. Therefore, we strongly recommend you using your own email address and not your recipients. As the buyer, you will get the updates or be contacted regarding your order. 

 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This email will contain your tracking number for that order. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Please note that the email you provide us at checkout will be the one our system sends your Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation emails to. Therefore, we strongly recommend you using your own email address and not your recipients. As the buyer, you will get the updates and may be contacted regarding your order. 

 

Damaged Goods

Graze & Gift Company takes pride in picking and packaging our bundles. In the event that a delivery is badly damaged, please take a photo, save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not refund or exchange for change of mind.

Gift & Graze Company will not be held liable if a parcel goes missing or is lost during transit with Australia Post.
